When you come... - Wear Yoga/comfortable clothing and dress in layers - Let Your Yoga Dance is optimal in bare feet, though you may bring "indoor/studio only" shoes if that's more comfortable for you - We'll begin promptly, so it's best to arrive 5 minutes early to "settle in" - You might appreciate bringing a water bottle along with you - Prepare to have fun, increase JOY, and BE YOU!
